There you can change your settings as you like to get higher quality fans.
It all depends on your needs.
If you are interested a lot fast fans at an affordable price - then disable all filters.
If you are more interested in high quality fans, it is recommended to put on "verified" filters and activate the "from 100 friends",
to prevent displaying of your ads at users under those limits.
Hence you have the choice between a long, high quality building or a rapid, quantitative structure.
The rapid, quantitative structure (untargeted) costs accordingly less money than the qualitative structure (targeted).
