-   Any real existing person may run only one account at fanSlave
-   Spamming of any kind is strictly prohibited

It is illegal

-   to register or connect any facebook account from not existing people in our system (so-called fake accounts)
-   to register two or more accounts by yourself with FanSlave and register yourself as your own referral
-   to write to users of the fanSlave system without their consent
-   to use the home page or the 'Like me' link by automated routines. As far as clicks or similar actions result from automated routines, they will not be counted. This also applies to automated entry of data when logging in the website.
-   to copy, duplicate or publish content (texts, pictures or other information) from the website without the consent of the operator.

Information

    When you click on "dislike" your credits will be automatically posted back irrevocably


The Violation of the fanSlave rules will lead to immediate and irrevocable deletion of your account.
Legal consequences remain reserved.

Terms

First and foremost, fanSlave is here to offer a good and honest service to those who want to expand their reach on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. We ask that you use the service fairly and honestly too. This agreement (the “Terms”) applies between you, the User of the Web Site and ITT Corp., the owner of the Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Account” means collectively the personal information, payment information and credentials used by Users to access material and / or any communications System on fanSlave;

“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of fanSlave;

“Cookie” means a small text file placed on your computer by fanSlave when you visit certain parts of the Web Site. This allows us to identify recurring visitors and to analyse their browsing habits within fanSlave.

“Data” means collectively all information that you submit to the Web Site. This includes, but is not to, Account details and information submitted using any of our Services or Systems;

“fanSlave” / “fanSlave” means the Web Site and ITT Corp., North American Branch, 4281 Express Lane, Suite L2072, Sarasota, Florida, 34238, United States of America

“Service” / “Services” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that ITT Corp. makes available through fanSlave either now or in the future;

“System” means any online communications infrastructure that fanSlave makes available through fanSlave either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;

“User” / “Users” means any third party that accesses fanSlave and is not employed by fanSlave and acting in the course of their employment;

“Web Site” means the website that you are currently using (fanSlave.com) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. support.fanSlave.com unless expressly excluded).

“ITT Corp.” means ITT Corp., the owner of fanSlave, the Web Site, and the provider of the Services.
Basic Terms

We have built a system that creates an incentive for people to check each other out. We will not accept any abuse of the Service and will suspend an Account found to be doing so. We track certain events, such as aggressive follower churning, and will suspend an Account if we suspect foul-play.

We offer no guarantees as to how much your social network will grow through this Service. We ask that when you follow someone you honestly check them out and decide if they're someone you find interesting. That is the spirit in which this site has been built. This creates a healthy System for finding interesting new people to follow, and gives you time to see whether their tweets are interesting to you.

Any accounts that are suspended by Twitter or Facebook will not be allowed to use the site. We observe all of Twitter's, Facebook's and YouTube's terms of service and we expect our members to as well. We must point out however that we are in no way affiliated with Twitter, Facebook or YouTube. We connect to their API and that is all. We have taken great care to observe their security best practices and use OAuth to authenticate with them.

We don't charge for the Service, although you may purchase extra seeds if you wish. We use the seed mechanism to create an incentive for people to check each other out. Currently this mechanism deducts a seed during each follow. This is to stop the system from inflating with ever increasing seeds and creates a healthy flow of seeds between Users. We reserve the right to make changes to the seed mechanism as required to maintain it's healthy functioning.

By signing up you're opting in to receive basic system emails notifying you of your Account status. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by going to your settings and turning off notification emails. You may also delist yourself from the site at any time in the same settings screen. If you wish to close your Account you can do this by emailing us at any time.

Please take the time to read our page on rules. In an internet plagued by spamming, fraud, and system abuse, we've taken great care to define our view on ethical community building. It makes sure there is no grey area, and has been carefully constructed in accordance with Twitter's, Facebook's and YouTube's and our own rules.
Rules

We've created our site rules for the benefit of our members and to help in creating a fair environment for all to use. When using fanSlave you agree to obey all the rules of the Web Site. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will obey their most current form. We want to make special mention of the following rules:

You must not buy or sell fanSlave accounts.

You must not buy or sell seeds from an external party.

You must not use bots, auto-clickers, our external scripts on the Web Site.
Age Restrictions

Persons under the age of 18 should use the Web Site only with the supervision of an Adult.
Intellectual Property

All Content included on the Web Site, unless uploaded by Users or hosted on another domain, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of ITT Corp., our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable USA and International intellectual property and other laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by ITT Corp..
Fair Use of Intellectual Property

Material from the Web Site may be re-used without written permission where any of the exceptions detailed in Chapter III of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 apply.
Links to Other Web Sites

The Web Site may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of ITT Corp. or that of our affiliates. We assume no responsibility for the content of such web sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on the Web Site does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
Use of Communications Facilities

When using the enquiry form or any other System on the Web Site you should do so in accordance with the following rules:

You must not use obscene or vulgar language;

You must not submit Content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;

You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence;

Accounts

In order to procure Services on fanSlave and to use the support forums you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details which may vary based upon your use of the Web Site.

It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. ITT Corp. accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.

By continuing to use fanSlave you represent and warrant that:

All information you submit is accurate and truthful;

You have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and

You will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.

Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty. All payment information is handled by PayPal.

If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact ITT Corp. immediately to suspend your Account.
Termination and Cancellation

Either ITT Corp. or you may terminate your Account. We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons or communicating to you.

ITT Corp. reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing Services provision.

If orders or payments are cancelled for any reason prior to commencement of Services provision you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

If you terminate your Account any non-completed orders or payments will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those orders.
Privacy

Disclaimers

ITT Corp. makes no warranty or representation that the Web Site will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services.

No part of the Web Site is intended to constitute advice and the Content of the Web Site should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.

No part of the Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
