TOPIC: I bought credit today and I have not received it

I bought credits and I have not got them,I would like to know how long it takes?
I've got the invoice and everything, I've tried to refresh and everything but nothing happens .. could you please help me.

I have the same issue. Did they offer you a solution to the problem other than pointing to the FAQs?

It depends on which option you chose when you bought the item.

1. If you are a known customer and you can setup your campaign by yourself - you can choose to get the credits immediately. (this takes up to 24h until your credits are on your account)

2. If you are not a known customer and you don't know how to work with the system - you should choose a fanslave specialist to setup your campaign at the first time. (this process can take up to 3 working days)

Additionally it depends on the way you pay - only credit card payment and paypal can be credited immediately. If you pay by bank transfer it can take additionally up to 3 days until we receive the money.
