Why cant i update credits in my "Twitter Overview"??

Links appear as usual but when i follow them the credits doesn't get updated. When i try to update credits it says " You can't update at the moment. Please try again in one hour..."

This has been coming up from yesterday. please fix this. and my friend cant add the twitter account. it gives the same error message

Warum kann ich ein Update Credits in meinem "Twitter Übersicht"?

Links werden wie gewohnt, aber wenn ich ihnen folgen die Kredite nicht aktualisiert. Wenn i zu Krediten zu aktualisieren sie sagt "Die Seite wurde nicht korrekt geladen. Sie k�nnen die App nur �ber unsere Seite aufrufen.."

Dies wurde Coming Up von gestern. bitte dies zu beheben. und mein Freund cant fügen Sie die Twitter-Account. es gibt die gleiche Fehlermeldung
