TOPIC: Please help me i cant register my twitter accont

i delete my older fanslave account because my facebook account closed
so i creat new fanslave account and add new facebook acount and when adding twitter it says
We can't save your Twitter-Account. It is allready in use
please help i deleted my older fanslave acount and i want to add new twitter acount

I'm on Twitter %100, but Facebook does not

i have been facing same problem.
if u can solve this problem then inform me about the way.
