TOPIC: pending payout bitcoin

my payout is pending and will be paid before 2018-03-22 !!!
I send 2 ticket to support and still no payout. I´m waiting for my btc! Please send them, I´m user in 6th year on your page and never such a problem. If it was to late, sometimes a few days.

Yes... and? Is it more than a view days, now?
The next payouts will be done in the next 14 days.
We had to solve a huge problem with PAYZA, first.
When we only get money posts in this forum, we will close it.
This is a technical forum for people with technical problems.
If you are a customer for 6 years now, we wonder why you worry.
We always paid all our users and we will always pay out in future.

Thank you for the Information! I´ll wait and trust fanslave. But if there is no response from support it isn´t fine. There should be some info on the side about delayed payouts and payza problem. If there is any info it is easier not to fall in a bad mood.

Yes - you are right - we will think about a solution if there are delayed payouts. However - we cannot answer those eMails. We would only answer emails all day. It is not our fault if payment providers have problems (like PAYZA, now) or users just type in the wrong eMail or have got a frozen money laundering account. It is a lot of work to handle this. Maybe easier to offer BITCOIN only in future.
