Buenos días. Llevo unos cuantos días intentando cobrar mi saldo acumulado y, aunque introduzco todos mis datos, me aparece continuamente la leyenda "por favor ingrese su dirección". He probado con varios modos de cobro y no hay manera, no funciona.
