TOPIC: "We are not able to update your balance"

Hi,

if I try update my balance and click on the update button this doesn't work. Instead i get the message "We are not able to update your balance" and a loading screen which is not loading.

Traffic and Youtube clicks are working properly and i get the credits in seconds. But with Facebook clicks i don't get any credits at all.

If i click on a Twitter link i only get directed to my profile with no clue of the member i should follow.

Any advices?
