TOPIC: clicks in google plus

Hello,
I see list of cliks to google plus, but I couldn't see plus ones in these profiles. Could you change the user option to show plus ones for each person in the community google plus, who visits their profile?

In this account I see plus one and link to my website:
https://plus.google.com/109817180320950461568/plusones

But this user haven't show this information:

https://plus.google.com/114107691101012455999/posts
