Can I use any bank card transaction? Or should I Sami Musa card from banks that are presented voi.Eu have normal BCR card and I want to know if i can use it to tranzactii.Sau Musa I need a PayPal card to make transactions.

In short I would like to know if I can use the card or the normal BCR and I need another card to make purchases?

You need a card which you can link with your paypal account. I am not sure about your current card but i know that with visa electron card you can do that.

To put money in the account is likely to give extrasu cont.Daca give sami statement can transfer money to the card? if the BCR? Another thing you can do ANY kind of card transactions that do not normally have at PayPal and the Aminda statement that I know of.

Ask your bank can you link your card with PayPal, if not then make a visa electron card.
