TOPIC: PayPal payment is not working

Hello Support-Team,

for several days I can not buy credits via PayPal.

I always get the following error message:

"Error Detected!

"The certificate has expired. Please use a valid certificate"

I called Paypal and they say, that it means the the certificate of fanslave is not up-to-date.

What can we do? When do you get a new certificate?

Unfortunately, my only request was not answered!

I am a customer of you and invest every month several hundred euros for credits. Actually, I am assuming that I then least get a response from support requests.

My problem is that currently your payment does not work with PayPal. PayPal told me the valid certificate for your website is no longer valid. Other payments, at other stores, I can easily perform.

There are the problems only with Fanslave!

When the problem is corrected, or what is the alternative to send you the money via PayPal.

I desperately need credits and again this would actually buy from you!

But if it does not work, I need to find myself a new provider.

I'm hoping for a quick answer!

I beg you not to make business with this guy, he is not fluid and has a lot of money problems. Some day he will take his money back via PayPal when he needs money again. Do not trust him, he is in his last steps before he goes to jail - try to protect your business because when it will be tight for him, believe me he tries to take everyone down.
