TOPIC: My account balance has decreased twice in 5 days

I have lost money in my account.
In the last five days the balance has decreased twice. First time decreased from 12,90 to 2,90., and right now has decreased again from 3'50 to 2'95.
I can't take a look to my acco7unt transactions and it doesn't worki. It's a blank page.
I have sent two tickets but no answer at all.

Yesterday night a big part of my balance acccount was restored (Great!!!) but I have lost the facebook likes that I click when it was wrong.
I have lost all the facebook likes made between Monday and Thursday
Why????
