When I enter my credit to my account today I saw dropped about 200 points. Please'm allowed to find out the reason for this?

I check transactions section.and I saw a unlike which is I did not unlike. If it is correct why I lost 234 points? I think there is a mistake in the system.

I have the same problem my credit was .97 sundly become .65
