TOPIC: FAN RANK LVL 1

Hi guys i have a problem with the fan rank. Yesterday i registered in this page and linked the facebook, twitter and google account but i still having fan rank 1. I think this is strange because i have 300 friends in facebook and 400 followers in twitter. It's normal to continue having rank 1? Can anyone help me? Thank u and sorry for my english
