TOPIC: My Deposit is still gone!

120Hello Support Team,

it is not funny if I pay aboit 69 € in my account and there is some information that it will be updated in less then 1 hour and now are days ago and also NO ANSWER FROM SUPPORT TEAM what happens with my money deposit?! So please answer me because I have never had here such problems!
