Facebook friends put up your fanRank which is supposed to get you more fanpages and/or better credits. So YES.

Twitter followers - er um Don't think it makes any difference.

Google+ followers. Definitely NO. You can live quite happily without ANY followers!

Now beware, you can have too many! Watch out for the maximum limit on both Facebook and Twitter.
Also twitter may ban you if you collect followers too quickly. Facebook can ask if you personally know your friends. Both will close your account without warning, so be careful!
