TOPIC: Updating balance - Operation has expired

Hello !
Starting 2 days ago, approximately, the app which is connected with Facebook account does not work anymore (kontostandermitteln). Meaning: In the last couple of days, I saw that my balance is not updated after liking FB pages, I got the message : unable to update balance, please click here... So I did, it redirected me to the FB app, where I got a blank page with the message: Operation has expired.
So, today I also have seen that it appears under the Facebook tab , on earning credits page - your FB account is not connected so we were unable to update balance - or something like that.
What can I do about it ? Is it a bug ? Can it be fixed?
By the way, should I take a print screen of that page.. ?
