TOPIC: Youtube system not working on my account

Hello FS team . I added a video 2 days ago.....it was promoted to 100 views then stoped! Even I had a lot of credits I didn't get any more views. Today i deleted that video and added 6 other videos and all are with 0 views even I have 250 credits (that means 500 untargeted views).
Can someone check what is wrong in my account and why youtube system is not working ?

Done that 1 week ago and got no answer.....i'll make another request.
