There are some possibilities why you lose credits:

  1. This is probably because you entered an advertisment campaign (FB fan page, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Homepage) and got fans or followers from us.
    This action costs credits.
  2. Find out, if the advertiser's page still exists in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Google+ or if it has been deleted. If it has been deleted, your credits will be refunded.
