TOPIC: I configurated expensive fans but got Indians and

I configurated to get expensive fans just from UK and USA who Speak English or Russian, but got lits from India, Turkey, Pakistan, etc - I mean from untargeted market.

Can you return me extra spent credits or correct this situation?
