TOPIC: fan exchange

I am totally perpl;exed by this site. Nothing is clear.

Ok that's fair but where are the pages to watch?
There is the get credits by liking another page, that is not the same as fan exchange, or is it. This is not clear because I can't find the pages to watch for fan exchange!
