TOPIC: facebook credits not received

I've liked 1 page offering 4 credits and 2 pages offering 9 credits, so it's 22 credits - but when I click "update credits" nothing changes

My FB account is connected. I'm not provided with the message you wrote ("Please click here to reconnect your facebook-account"). And still my balance is not updated

what is this i don,t understand,so pleas explane it.
