I am very much disapointed that I can"t set up my twitter & google+ account. How can I delete my account & If I delete my present account then can I use my present facebook, twitter, google+ account?

I have also a question but you didn't answer.............If I delete my present account then can I use my present facebook, twitter, google+ account for new fanslave account?
