TOPIC: Facebook Fans not targeted

hi there ...

i am having problems with the targeting of facebook fans.
since a few weeks earned fans are not from germany anymore.
or most of them are not.

i already restricted my facebook fanpage to only german, swiss and austrian fans.
but still girls AND GUYS are coming in from whatever country.

My targeting options (here on fanslave) are set to ONLY FEMALE - within a specific age range.
And from germany, swiss and austria.
