im my account they say the account is paused ( written in red )

i have a pic and 40 folloewer

any help ??

Your account is not paused. It is the campaign for your twitter account. If you activate the campaign, than you wil get new followers for your account. Every follower will cost a fee.

so what is that campaign ??
