TOPIC: Paid through paysafecard, but the PIN is not working?

Hey Fanslave, i cashed out a 15€ Paysafecard on my eMail.
I got after 2 Month the Massage, that Fanslave paid me.
I opend the eMail with the PIN and i tried it instandly. But if i try to put the PIN in to Steam or some other Sites it says "We dont know this paysafecard code, please retry it again." So i think Fanslave sended me the wrong PIN? And if u say that i use it already, with the side "https://www.paysafecard.com/de-de/guthaben-abfragen/" u can see what u paid with this PIN. But the problem is the PIN that u sended me is not even exist. And i dont get a Answer on my Support tickets thats why i write it here.

Is this problem solved? Else please open an ticket:
