TOPIC: no fb pages to like or google+ pages

i have been registred 3 days ago. the first day i found many pages to like and many pages to press +1 the next 2 days i havent found fb pages or google+ pages . i want to make money. i am from tunisia and i have only 117 friends in facebook.

are pages available in a certain time of the day?
or pages are updated weekly?
or there is a regional filter ?

please help me.
