TOPIC: not credit facebook points

Hello sir
i want to know wht type of problem in my account, becouse last few days , facebook credits coins nt deposit my account, after click facebook show me this massage.
Add fan status failrd: your attempt to become a fan was not successful.please try again. if you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know.
Please help me early as early possible. to clear this problem.
