TOPIC: Amazon voucher not given

I have withdrawn 15 euros to be paid as Amazon. de voucher on 21.11.2016. According to rules, on December 21st 2016, You should pay me that 15 euros, by sending me to mail my amazon code for 15 euros. That code never came as of today. I just want to ask is there any problem, did you extended paying for more than 30 days after users withdraw their money, or is there somethin else happening. I think ii is very important, especially for new users to be paid as said on the date. In that case, they will certainly stay longer on site and envolve many others to this sistem.

I hope I will be paid in the next few days.

P.S. I got support ticket also, but nothing has changed since then.
