TOPIC: Problem with unlike

Hello, it's many times i tried to contact the support of this site...not reply !
Many times was this message displayed " Our system has detected unlikes or non liked fanpages. Please make sure you first like the pages and second click on the 'update credits' button. If we detect more none liked fanpages we have to deduct these credits from your balance"

it's not true !! And worse, i was deducted credit unfairly !

I would like to have some explanation about this
