TOPIC: URGENT!!!!!!!!! Something strange happens

Last week I had problems with my google account. Therefore I have to be careful.
You ask me to sign in with facebook to Google (I was signed in ), but it appears a redirection to "felnet.org". I stopped, closed it and had a look at the website, which is more or less empty.?
Please explain, why do I have to sign up again and what is this webpage?? shouldn't I been redirected to Facebook?
