When connecting, Instagram gives an error: invalid name.

In this case your instagram username is wrong or maybe your account is private.

Got the same issue and my account is public and the name is correct.
What can I do then ?

if you can't fix this problem can I cancel this account (after my first payout) and register again with the same sponsor and datas ?
