TOPIC: remove points for not following

I have a message that points have been taken from me to stop following pages. How does this happen when I always check to be following or liking it? How can I know if it is not really the people who pay to have followers who eliminate the likes? They also take away my points but they don't tell me what pages we talk about, meanwhile I have people in my networks who are probably scam and I don't stop following anyone to not lose anything. Check better with what criteria you remove points. Many times even the pages do not exist or worse, I get pages to which I already follow

Sometimes Instagram does not allow me to follow accounts, because I have temporary blocks. I do not want to cheat the system. Can you avoid to add points if follow is not completed? Points are automatically added but follow is not completed, and I can remove the points added by error
