i send ticket in support fanslave said they will reply but why till now no reply ? please why this happening please help

if you didn't get your money like all the other users in the timeframe of 30 days, there was something wrong with your payza or paypal address where we sent the money to or you got into manual fraud checks, because there is something wrong with your account behaviour.

Check your email.
the first time I received heavenly payment by paypal, i have to confirm the payment in my email.
