I don't see any option for canceling my payment. How do I do that? Do I need to submit a request?

And no one ever has ansvered many of my support tickets.

I don't have a patience becouse I have been waitting since march. I repeat: SINCE MARCH. It's been 6 months and I have tried contacting support many times. No one has ever answered. Why would this time be different? Becouse I have wrote this on your forum?
