I asked voucher to Amazon and have discounted the balance but I have nothing yet , is this normal?

Could lower the minimum Amazon vouchers to 5 € ?

Where do I find an option to cancel my payment?

I don't see any button. If I will have to open a support ticket, I think I will explode. No one has ever answered any of my support tickets on this site.
