My credits keep changing and not to my benefit either - how can credits be taking off my account that were previously put on there? It happened to me yesterday and today as well. Earlier tonight I had 40 credits and now it is down to 16.75? It was even worse yesterday but I didn't write the amount down - I did today because I wanted to see if it happened again and it did already. Has this happened to anyone else?
